Their Publicaster application is an all-in-one, web-based email marketing tool that provides marketers with everything they need to set-up, deliver, and track their email marketing campaigns.  I was hired to help redesign the Publicaster application. They wanted a friendlier, simpler, and more intuitive design; one that users would feel comfortable interacting with for several hours a day. An Information Architect provided the wireframes as guidance, and I developed the look and feel for key pages, making sure to capture all the interface components in their various states.
